Can I configure more than one guide tag?

Yes, you can define several caritags as guide tags. The guide tags locate all follower and valuable tags in the group.

Can I delete or deactivate my account?

You can delete your account at any time in the caritag app by tapping on ‘Delete account’ in the settings.

Can the app with the configured caritags be viewed/used on several smartphones?

By scanning a QR code, all settings can be loaded into a caritag app on another smartphone. To do this, use the ‘Share group settings’ button in the app settings. Configuration changes can be made on the smartphone connected to the caritags and to re-synchronise with other caritag apps, simply scan the QR code again.

How do I configure my caritags? Can I change the configuration later?

Place the caritags on the charging cradle and open the app. Once you have activated Bluetooth on your smartphone, the caritags are automatically recognised and displayed on the caribase. You can then configure your caritags in the app according to your wishes using the settings icon to the right of the respective caritag. Here you can also set the security zones or remove the caritag from your list. You can find a detailed explanation in the QuickGuide provided or in our operating instructions. You can change the configuration at any time when the caritags are on the caribase.

You can change your password by clicking on “Forgot password”.

What happens to my data?

Communication between the caritags fulfils the highest security standards, which means that information is only transmitted between the caritags in a user group.
